The major active ingredients are esterified derivatives of oxygenated plant fatty acids and hemp derivatives.  These fatty acid derivatives are analogs of arachidonic acid derivatives (prostaglandins and leukotrienes) and therefore substitute for the latter on the PNN and Macrophage receptors. Thus they participate in the modulation of the inflammatory reaction.

• Function of the product : Prevention of skin conditions linked to pressure points, bedsores, radiotherapy burns and prevention of skin wounds or deeper dermatological damage during superficial dermatitis or any superficial damage to the epidermis. DOLEODerm is also intended for the care and prevention of reversible skin redness due to pressure, friction and shearing; dry and dehydrated skin, skin weakened by maceration, fragile skin due to low skin resistance and trophic skin disorders (i.e. dry and scaly dermatoses, fragile peri-wound skin, ulcers of vascular origin). DOLEODerm through the joint action of fatty acid glycerides and cannabinoids is particularly indicated in painful skin lesions with or without neuropathic clinical picture. The major active ingredient is OLEOXYNE: Oxidized corn oil provides the following proven properties: anti-inflammatory agent, promoter of increased microcirculatory flow, promoter of cell renewal. Retinyl palmitate improves the appearance of dry and/or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.
• Instructions for use : External use. Place one drop of Doleoderm per 25 cm2 of skin area to be treated. Gently spread the oil using fingertips, without massaging or rubbing. Apply under veterinary prescription 2 to 4 times a day.
• Local use of DOLEODerm must be carried out as part of overall patient care including, for example, complete and repeated inspections of the skin, or the use of DOLEOClean before application of DOLEODerm for example in cases of seborrhea.
• Precautions for use : do not administer orally or on the mucous membranes.
